Armed with a clear job description, 3PLR sources candidates from our network of over 27k logistics professionals.
Our staff of logistics experts evaluates the resumes and skills of potential candidates, narrowing the field to the critical few best candidates for the job. 3PLR then facilitates the interviewing and hiring process by managing interviews and testing as well as contract negotiations. Should a candidate referred by 3PLR terminate employment within the first 90 days, we will identify new candidates and provide a replacement at no additional charge.
